Pre-Order Items

• Pre-Order items contain the words 'PRE-ORDER' in the title.
• Pre-Orders items will be charged at the time of checkout - just like In-Stock books.
• If your order contains Pre-Order Items, all items will ship when the last item becomes available. That includes all In-Stock items.
• If you would prefer to receive the In-Stock items sooner, please consider placing separate orders.

In-Stock Items

• In-stock Items are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
• We ship Monday through Friday.
• Our final cut-off for the week is 11:00 AM EST on Friday.
• Orders are not shipped or delivered on Federal holidays.
• In-Stock Items on the same Order as Pre-Order items will ship when the last Pre-Order Item is available.
• If you would prefer to receive the In-Stock items sooner, please consider placing separate orders.

Please Note: Pre-order Items are subject to release date changes and cancellation by the Publisher. These changes are often unannounced, but we update our data regularly. We will notify you of any changes as we are made aware of them.

Any items cancelled by the Publisher will be refunded.

Domestic Shipping

We ship via the following options:

Your shipment costs will be calculated at checkout.

All raw (non-graded) books ship bagged & boarded in an industry standard mailer (BCW/Gemini). Graded Comics, Graphic Novels and Action Figures are shipped securely in boxes from BCW/Gemini and ULINE. 

Orders are not shipped or delivered on Federal holidays.

We currently offer Free Ground Shipping for orders over $69. This is subject to change.

International Shipping

We currently do not ship outside of the U.S. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience at this time.
